Axistart developed a full-featured e-commerce platform for Custom Merch Shop, enabling customers to design and order custom-branded merchandise online. The platform includes a product customizer with live preview, bulk ordering system, and secure payment integration supporting Thai payment methods including PromptPay and bank transfers. Our online advertising strategy leveraged Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram shopping ads to target businesses looking for promotional products. We also implemented remarketing campaigns to capture returning visitors and nurture them through the sales funnel. The platform has streamlined their ordering process and expanded their customer base beyond Phuket to serve clients nationwide.
